Shipping & Returns

How will my order ship?

Most orders placed by 2:00 pm EST will ship out the same day.  A physical address is required for all shipments, as FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to a PO box.

Ground Shipping 

Packages ship FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.  Most products are available with expedited shipping options at checkout.  We choose the carrier bases on several criteria, including the size and weight of the products plus the location from which the product is shipped.  Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and carrier options are limited.  The main criteria is your requested timeframe to receive the product.  We do everything in our power to meet your expectation, and often times that includes using a different carrier.  Regardless, you can be assured that you will never be charged more for shipping than you select at checkout.


We currently offer shipping to Canada by way of UPS.  We use UPS as our customs broker.  All applicable customs, duties, and fees that are assessed on imports into Canada are paid by the customer.  UPS collects these payments COD when the shipment is delivered.   We do not currently offer any of international shipping.

LTL Freight Shipping 

 Items too large or too bulky to ship using a standard ground carrier will ship common carrier freight.  These larger orders will be slower than common carrier shipments.  Most of the freight orders we sell have free shipping included.  Please expect 7-10 days for delivery.  Please note that freight orders are shipped and delivered on an 18-wheeler semi truck.  These types of shipments cannot be delivered to many residential areas due to access issues or local ordinances.  The freight company will have your contact information and may contact you for delivery clarification.

Expedited Shipping 

Expedited shipping is available on many items.  When this option is available, it will be listed in the option at checkout.  If not listed, then there is no expedited shipping available for 1 or all the products in your order.  This could be due to several factors, including size, weight, and the type of product being shipped.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping estimates are calculated at checkout.  You can add your item to the cart and follow the steps to see your shipping cost.  Many products must ship as separate packages do to size, quantity, or the warehouse location from which you product is shipped.  We run some pretty fancy algorithms that properly calculate the shipping for all packages and shipments in your order.  You can feel confident that the shipping price for each product purchases is the very best we can offer.  Remember to also check our Free Shipping Items page.

Hazardous Material / Dangerous Goods

Some items sold on our website are classified as hazardous or dangerous goods. These items will ship via a ground method and will require a signature at delivery. Hazardous goods can only be shipped to the contiguous 48 states and Canada and cannot be shipped using an expedited (air) shipping method. 

Return policy

All stock items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.  The customer is responsible for the return shipping, unless the item was shipped in error or a different product was received from what was ordered.  No item can be returned after 30 days.  Any custom items or special order items cannot be returned.

Restocking fee 

Most items can be returned without a restocking fee, but we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% on any item.  Some products that are shipped directly from the manufacturer will require a passed through re-stocking fee from the manufacturer.  This includes a 15% restocking fee on some PMC items and up to 24% on non-stock Graco equipment and parts.  Other items that are non-stock may also require a restocking fee, or may not be able to be returned at all.  Contact us to confirm that your item can be returned and what fees may apply.

How to Return an Item

Returns must first be approved and entered into our system before they can be sent back.  If you need to return an item, message or email us with the details of the item and your original order number.  We will contact you with the details about your return.  Return orders requests may take up to 2-3 days to process.  Unless the order was shipped in error, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
